The Orangery By Sapna
Nestled within the serene setting of Stockley Park Golf Club, The Orangery By Sapna offers a refined yet inviting dining experience where South Asian flavors meet modern presentation in a stunning venue. Whether you’re looking for a place to unwind after a round of golf, planning an elegant dinner with friends, or just craving expertly-prepared Indian cuisine, this restaurant is a hidden gem worth exploring.
Walking into the space, you’re instantly drawn to the chic ambiance-think high ceilings, natural lighting, plush seating, and a layout that feels both intimate and upscale. For those who enjoy open-air dining, the rooftop seating is a highlight. It’s the kind of spot where you sip on a chilled Strawberry Mojito or a Blue Lagoon while watching the sun dip below the greens.
The menu at The Orangery By Sapna is a carefully curated celebration of authentic Indian recipes with an elevated twist. Let’s talk flavors. One bite of their Samosa Chaat, and it’s an explosion of tang, spice, and crunch-a perfect starter to whet your appetite. If you’re into bold, smoky dishes, the Tandoori Mix Tikka is hard to beat. This platter of chicken tikka, lamb seekh, and paneer is grilled to perfection and served with just the right amount of char.
For mains, the Butter Chicken Thali is a standout-rich, creamy, and paired with fluffy pilau rice, bhindi, and naan. The Lamb Karahi delivers deep, savory notes with tender cuts cooked in a thick spiced gravy. Prefer something spicier? Their Chicken Handi leans into North Indian homestyle cooking with its bold flavors and rustic finish.
Vegetarian options don’t play second fiddle here. The Paneer Tikka is perfectly seared with a smoky crust, and the Pani Puri-yes, they do street food right-is a playful, tangy delight that’s served with flair. Pair these with a refreshing Mango Lassi, and you've got yourself a comfort-filled meal.
Drinks at The Orangery deserve a special mention. Beyond the cocktail classics, the wine list is surprisingly sophisticated, with curated pairings that complement everything from spicy curries to grilled meats. If you're more into spirits, they serve a solid lineup of whisky, gin, and handcrafted cocktails, all mixed with attention to detail.
What elevates the experience further is the attention to hospitality. The service here walks the fine line between being professional and genuinely warm. Staff members are happy to guide you through the menu, offer pairings, or tailor spice levels to your liking. You can tell the team is passionate about creating an experience that’s not just delicious but memorable.
On the accessibility front, The Orangery By Sapna checks all the boxes. There’s wheelchair-accessible parking, entrances, seating, and toilets-ensuring that everyone feels welcome and comfortable. It's also one of the few spots in the area that offers both takeaway and delivery, so if you’re craving a cozy night in with gourmet Indian cuisine, they’ve got you covered.
Open from lunch through late-night dinner hours, the restaurant attracts a diverse crowd-from solo diners looking for a quiet meal, to couples on a date night, to larger groups celebrating special moments. Their small plate offerings mean you can mix and match dishes without overcommitting, and their halal-friendly, vegan, and vegetarian options mean no one feels left out.
In terms of atmosphere, food quality, service, and drink variety, The Orangery By Sapna brings together the best of both traditional South Asian hospitality and modern British dining culture. It’s a place that doesn’t just serve food-it creates an experience.

Everything was amazing. The menu and the prices were reasonable and the overall experience was worth penny We had Tempura, chapli kebab, masala fish, chicken biryani, Balochi karahi with naan, and burger... And they were all 10/10 in taste as well as in portion size. Anum made sure me and my family were at ease and comfortable and she checked on us every now and then providing a 5* service to us.
This restaurant has amazing Pakistani food and I particularly enjoyed the Lamb Korma curry and fried fish. Food was served quickly however waiting staff looked like they wanted to go home. I did visit fairly late (past 9pm) so perhaps this was why. There was mess on the floor by our table near the windows overlooking the golf course. The toilets were also in very bad condition but luckily additional toilet facilities on the ground floor of the building were much cleaner. The great food mostly made up for these aspects.
This restaurant ambiance was warm and inviting, the food was absolutely delicious, and the decor was beautifully done. We went here for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere made us feel comfortable, and the attentive service added to our enjoyment. Every dish we tried was flavorful and well-prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be returning.
So cute and pretty Indian restaurant with nice and tasty food. Even the small details were well looked after, toilets, tables, service .. the food was very tasty although it took a bit to come. They were also hosting a wedding / celebration at the same time and informed that we only had 1.5h to eat but ended up staying a bit longer without any issue. Recommended if you want to go to a posh and pretty Indian place outside the city center with good quality.
I went there for the iftar set menu and had a really good time. The food was good and I was pleased it was a set menu but when I got up to pay they asked for an extra £10 for a service charge which was never mentioned before and really put me off. The service was good the food overall was good and the atmosphere was lovely. The place is stunning and very bougie. I will definitely go back to try the other dishes
